in tutorial real-time data analysis kubernetes, redis, , bigquery on google cloud platform, when run: $ kubernetes/cluster/kube-up.sh, terminal shows "waiting group become stable, current operations: creating: 4". problem? have waited results half day , tried several times, does't work!

https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/13407 appears relevant. sounds may need more cpu quote project. please feel free post details of setup in issue additional help.
