pip - Python wordcloud installing was stuck in decode error -


i used pip install wordcloud in cmd stuck in decode error, here error info:

problem seems caused decode, please me figure out, thanks!

open file in 

c:\python36\lib\site-packages\pip\compat\__init__.py

change 'utf_8' 'cp936' , save, use pip install again.
