android - Turn on Bluetooth at a set time -


i need trun on bluetooth automatically on android 6 tablet @ set time (say, @ 6:58 every day), , connect paired (but not connected now) bluetooth device. device audio system, has bluetooth standby turned on - if connect system via bluetooth trun on, , stay connected.
so, haven't found suitable existing program, can make own. have latest android studio on pc , 0 experience in writing programs android. you, reader, please provide me code to:
- start app automatically @ set time every day
- turn on bluetooth automatically (optional - can leave turned on)
- automatically connect bluetooth device paired devices list.
whole program code appreciated :).
