i have website. want create cross platform webapp opens mywebsite if there access internet. think of website on browser without address bar. framework should choose build easily? have no prior experience mobile webapps why easiest way this. , how can achieve this.

talking android, can use webview component constant url open website. in ios version use react-native can use component
