windows 7 - How to add a value to HKLM\...\Run Registry key, by a batch file in win 7/8? (without getting access denied message) -

i highly need write value hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run , program start automatically after every user logon(not current user). operation should automatic, batch file. used 'elevate' program didn't work. real efficient command/application/example needed!!

really need automatic start of program @ windows startup , users logon (not current user)
other method adding file win.ini or reg key?
