please, tell me, possible or not doing software method , ways (by using chrome extensions, nacl, modify system registry or other ways)?

  1. turn off protect , device dangerous sites
  2. bind protocol (tell: //) program on hdd (programm automaticly add self registry, need run no questions "use program" user)
