asp.net - Random black bar appearing at bottom of ASP web site -


over last couple of days, users seeing black bar appearing @ bottom of asp website used internal systems. not there time, inevitably appear @ point during users session.

its causing issue because site has tabs @ top , when bar appears, stops tabs being usable.

it seems kind of debugging bar, we've not enabled in iis or on site files cause this.

i have spoken site dev , tells me nothing has changed, i'm @ total loss has caused start appearing...

at first thought perhaps chrome issue, bar occurs on multiple browsers.

can point me in right direction source of this?
