ios - Are Fabric events logged in test flight builds -


i have not seen fabric events come through builds of app distributed via testflight. when downloaded through app store (for same build), events come through.

is because fabric detects whether app downloaded app store on device (and sends or not accordingly), or filtered server side.

i ask question because understand impact new event tracking code have on app before release it.

mike fabric here. don't use logic prevent data being collected depending on distribution method. i've seen situation happen, often, if developer adds conditional logic enable fabric in build types. testing new events, trying things out locally best approach.
