python - How to estimate optimum parameters from noisy data -


i have function takes n parameters , produces noisy result. have parameters , results tabulated in vast quantities. need select optimum parameters probabilistic perspective, maximise output of function. techniques (preferably in off-the-shelf python library) exist solve problem? ability identify secondary non-optimal maxima nice!
