ethereum - Crypto exchange deposited cancelled transaction -


i've deposited ethereum coins exchange buy cryptocoin. transaction got cancelled due low gas. coins deposited. coins in account, proceeded buying because wanted buy @ price. exchange asking eth's lost.

what should do? it's fault. agreed giving compensation. i'm willing pay them back, in place?
