iis - System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path denied -


first of want did search solutions on problem , none of them worked, various reasons, not duplicate, atleast answers aren't suitable problem.

i'm trying host webservice on computer, gave full control permission iusr,iis_iusrs , network service, still system.unauthorizedaccessexception: access path {text file path} denied.

i removed text file see if web service work without it, , does, permission access textfile reason webservice can't run.

what do in situation?
