i write maybe ''if' formula' wherein, if enter a1 1 of 7 letters enter b1 value contained in either c1,d1,e1, , on..

for instance - if in a1 types 'a' value of c1 goes b1 if in a1 types 'b' value of d1 goes b1 if in a1 types 'c' value of e1 goes b1

sorry simple explanation have had hard time finding answer on other searches / community etc. thought basic still above skills thought try spell out plainly...it seems solutions easy blinking eyes (or adding 2 + 2) of posters on site regarding excel forumulas.
