ibm bluemix - best Speech to text for spanish -


i looking best speech text available parsing long audio (+35 mins). have tested libraries google speech api , work perfect english, spanish returned 3 sentences on 20mins audio, same quality english one.

some threads discussing topic few years old, none of them addresses spanish directly.

no matter platform, set-up, important me reliability , quality of transcription. transcribing audios myself painful, , time consuming. regarding appreciated.

does not matter either suscription/paid version. though personal use, no worth $1000 licence in case.

no restriction regarding programming languages either.
