can use https://rubygems.org/gems/actioncable rails 4.2

if yes best way.

if no best alternative

i getting error when bundle app in gemfile: actioncable (>= 5.1.4, ~> 5.1) resolved 5.1.4, depends on actionpack (= 5.1.4)
