python - App tools for power user in Excel (n00b) -


i want make app simple graphics (circle, points, lines, text) have few sounds when areas pressed. want have on laptop (surface pro 4) , phone (iphone), might on website.

i power user in excel, , have made preview of app want in excel file. years gained little experience in c++, , have background in mathematics , physics.

i using windows 10, , have office 365 account university.

i want able create simple graphics simple interaction fast, can in excel, , use on phone or in other device. have looked python, , seems inspiring, can use in conjunction excel other things, via xlwings. have looked @ wordpress, , it's free, not must.

i don't know starting point me, considering price , skill level. there example alternative office 365? feel ton of possibilities, , end searching web forever. perhaps me out.
