if you're asking significance of numbers in t2, m4, c3, c4, f1 number signifies generation each of these. m-series general purpose, c-series compute optimized, t-series burstable instances, f-series have field programmable arrays, , number in these generation of particular series each of these based on. newer generations have higher specs older generations, , cheaper they've become more optimized.
